Aρμοδιότητες της θέσης:

•  Έρευνα, ανάπτυξη και προώθηση νέων προϊόντων στην κατηγορία των παιχνιδιών
•  Σχεδιασμός, συντονισμός και παρακολούθηση όλων των απαιτούμενων εργασιών για την δημιουργία/παραγωγή νέων προϊόντων
•  Παρακολούθηση πορείας νέων προϊόντων και αξιολόγηση υφισταμένων
•  Σχεδιασμός στρατηγικής προϊόντων, product mix, κοστολόγηση, προϋπολογισμός κ.α.
•  Λήψη δειγμάτων ή συντονισμός διαδικασίας για ετοιμασία δειγμάτων/ Παραλαβή και ποιοτικός έλεγχος δειγμάτων και ετοίμων προϊόντων
•  Καθορισμός των προδιαγραφών σχεδιασμού προϊόντος/ συσκευασίας
•  Αναζήτηση προμηθευτών και επαφή μαζί τους για λήψη οικονομικών προσφορών και διαπραγμάτευση τιμών
•  Υλοποίηση ερευνών αγοράς και ανάλυσης ανταγωνισμού
•  Σύνταξη πλάνου μάρκετινγκ
•  Brand management
•  Επισκέψεις σε κλαδικές εκθέσεις
• Δημιουργία και συντήρηση αρχείων
• Μεταφράσεις manuals

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

•  Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ – ΤΕΙ με κατεύθυνση σπουδών στο Marketing ή τη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων
• Επιθυμητή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε τμήμα Marketing ή Product Management εταιρείας με καταναλωτικά προϊόντα ή θέση buyer σε αλυσίδα s/m ή σε εμπορική επιχείρηση
• Υπευθυνότητα, εργατικότητα, οργανωτικότητα, ομαδικότητα
• Δυνατότητα ταξιδιών στο εξωτερικό
• Άριστες ικανότητες γραπτής και προφορικής επικοινωνίας
• Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
• Άριστος χειρισμός Η/Υ, προγραμμάτων MS OFFICE & ERP

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers’ requests related logistic, transportation, accounting, sales, EDI or other topics.
• Monitor and register incoming orders, monitor the deliveries to customers’ warehouses, communicate with the transport company and internal logistic department.
• Assist to the verification and confirmation of clients’ accounts balances (receivables, payments etc.).
• Analyze the differences related to prices, quality and quantity issues, access customers EDI platforms. Cooperate with other departments (sales, logistics, accounting) in order to clarify the differences.
• Register differences in ANAF platform for e-transport.
• Assist the sales department in sales processes (offers to clients, data of the products, listing preparation).
• Ensure update information for accurate and real-time stock and database details.
• Monitor and update the data of suppliers and customers.
• Support to reporting activities in the sales department.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in sales or purchasing administration.
• Very good knowledge of English language.
• Work experience with ERP (SAP – advantage).
• Familiar with ANAF platform for e-transport, e-invoice.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage different tasks in a short period of time.
• Attention to details and commitment to maintain all reports & situations accurately.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, email).

• Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere) and familiarity with AI design tools (a plus).
• Additional Skills: Strong knowledge of typography, branding, and color theory.

We are looking for an ERP Administrator who will be responsible for managing the ERP system, which integrates various functions across an organization into one complete system to streamline processes and information across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing, configuring, and maintaining ERP software to meet organizational needs and ensure system efficiency. 
• Resolving ERP system issues, including software errors, user access problems, and functionality glitches.
• Customizing and modifying ERP system modules according to user requirements and business processes to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
• Develop and manage customized queries and reports using SQL and other reporting tools.
• Develop and enforce data integrity and security policies within the ERP system to protect sensitive information and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Train and support end-users on the effective use of the ERP system, including creating user manuals and conducting training sessions.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an ERP Administrator or similar role.
• Knowledge of : ERP systems, SQL (including creating queries).
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows, including finance, inventory, procurement, and sales processes.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and problem solve when faced with multiple input sources.
• Experience with SAP Business One ERP Support, Crystal Reports or other reporting tools will be considered a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
